Mhm. Played it for the first time and I kinda like it. Maybe.
Friends kept telling me there's bunch of yaoi, even some extreme ones. So I chose the safe one. Hm, maybe the K rated? Heh, don't ask me, I dunno.
So Near and Mello got assigned on a project together about poisons. And the player (as Mello) gets to choose the endings by choosing different options the game gave.
I got the ending in where (SPOILERS) Near got in trouble with a group of boys and Mello protected him.
Yeah, not very interesting. But it is! I mean, it's nice, you know. Kind of like, brotherly love. I like that.
Apparently there's a MelloMatt ending too. I'm not a big fan of the pair though, so I don't know if I'm gonna play it. I'd prefer MattNear. Cause they're just awesome together, don't you think?
And it leads me to the next topic: DN Non-Yaoi Pairings.
To tell the truth, if there's any male character better to be paired with a female character, it'd be Mello. And Near.
Why not Matt? Cause he never seemed to be someone who'd pay attention to anyone.
Why not Light? Cause he's a bit cold hearted, he uses someone for his own gain.
Why not L? Cause he's awful at being social, very straightforward, and I kinda like to pair him with Misa :D
Why not .......blablablabla? Cause IDK. I'd think of the reasons one by one but I'm bored.
So yeah, Mello is so paired off to Halle Lidner. Or Sayu Yagami. Maybe if you do those crack pairings like MisaMello, maybe it'd work too. If you're not too freaked out by their almost likeness.
And Near.. if he's with Sayu, I could see it. Halle, not really. Misa? He'd get annoyed by her. Maybe with an OC, that is, if the girl's not weak and fuckingly preppy.
And obviously, there are some hinted pairings, like MatsudaSayu, or HalleMello (one sided though, Mello probably didn't care about Halle).
And I did read some MattSayu fics, surprisingly good. Maybe reminds me a bit of Matt/nice!Mello.
But no, I'm not gonna talk about the possibilities that DN char are gays. Perhaps Laighto IMAGAY. Though IDK.Labels: death note, mello/matt, mello/near, yaoi
